WFVN does not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.


WFVN supports product exchanges only under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Timeframe
  • Vietnam customers: Exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the purchase date.
  • International customers: Exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the date the online order is received.
2. Exchange Conditions
  • This policy applies only to full-priced items.
  • Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt.
  • Two-way shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
WFVN does not process exchange requests without an invoice/receipt.
3. Eligible Exchange Products
  • Customers may exchange for:
    • The same product at the same price, or
    • A product of higher value, with the customer paying the price difference.
4. Non-Applicable Cases
This exchange policy does not apply to:
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Products that have been altered or customized
  • Products that have been washed, worn, used, or are missing tags
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
5. Online Exchange Process
  • Step 1:
    Please contact WFVN via Facebook, Instagram, Website, or Hotline: +84 902 900 022 for exchange assistance.
  • Step 2:
    Carefully pack the product to be exchanged, include the invoice, take clear photos of the product, and send them to WFVN via Fanpage.
    For domestic returns, items must be shipped back to WFVN within 5 days. For international orders, customers are required to provide shipping confirmation or a shipping receipt within 5 business days.

  • Step 3:
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, WFVN will ship the exchanged product to the customer.
6. Important Notes
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product measurements and size charts before purchasing to avoid size issues.
  • Shipping fees apply for all online exchanges.WFVN will cover 100% of exchange shipping costs if the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.
